We are looking for an experienced administrator/branch coordinator to support our management team with day-to-day operations of our Mount Isa business unit.Key responsibilities include:Scheduling of tasks, maintaining operational and maintenance calendarsCompliance trackingCoordinating maintenance of plant and equipmentOnboarding of employees, including site specific requirementsManaging training and site access requirementsAssisting accounts department with collecting and organising documentation for invoicing and receivablesRaising purchase orders and managing payable accounts to support operationsWe are very flexible with work arrangements, including start and finish times, and hybrid work arrangements to suit working parents manage school holiday and other periods required to perform family duties.
