We are seeking a self-starter to join Defence's ICT Service Centre (ICTSC) team.
This position, within the Service Management Branch (SMB) in Cyber Operations Division (COD), provides web administrator services for Defence's ICT Services Portal.
The APS 5 Web Administrator will assist with: Web administration tasks for existing sites.
Transforming web content to align with the Intranet Renewal Project (IRP) deliverables, modernising Defence web delivery.
Troubleshooting and user support.
Building, editing and maintaining web pages including changes required for accessibility.
Assessing supplied content for compliance with the content governance framework and publishing endorsed content.
Rationalising and recommending changes and improvements for existing web pages.
Maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement and liaising with stakeholders in relation to complex issues.

About our Team Service Management Branch (SMB) promotes and manages the integration of ICT services for the Defence community.
Working closely with our service providers globally to deliver ICT services to Defence, we provide support for end-to-end ICT service planning, delivery and support across Australia and around the world, including the coordination and delivery of new or changed ICT services and the, management of ICT assets as a service.
We understand the need to provide high service expectations and performance from a customer perspective with clear visibility of the performance of the operational environment and awareness of its capacity.

The Web Administrator will have some experience with routine web updates and web development activities.
