You will leverage your experience in insurance and workflow processes, combined with technical expertise in Power BI, to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements. Analyse and optimise insurance-related workflows to ensure accurate and efficient reporting. Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing data and reporting processes. Ensure alignment with SLAs, compliance standards, and best practices in the insurance domain. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure clear communication and successful delivery. Provide training and support for end-users to maximise the adoption of reporting tools. Key Skills and Expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain. Strong understanding of reporting requirements and workflow processes in insurance. Proficiency in Power BI, including designing and implementing reports and dashboards. Familiarity with SLA monitoring and compliance standards within the insurance sector. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong documentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence tools beyond Power BI is a plus. Prior experience in Agile or similar methodologies. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Power BI.
