* Stay true to Fonda’s processes and procedures
* Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards
* Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing the restaurant
* Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda’s Steps of Service.
* Drive the sales, guest experience and labour goals for your restaurant while leading the shifts
* Inspire the team to deliver an incredible dining experience for our customers every day.
