Reporting to the Head of Investment Management, Operations & Strategic Clients, the Senior Fund Reporting Manager will lead the Fund Reporting team in the delivery of fund reporting activity in compliance with relevant fund obligations; and enable and support the completion of other fund related activity, by working with our clients, external service providers, audit firms and internal teams. About the Role Lead 1 direct report in the delivery of fund reporting and other fund related activity Prepare and co-ordinate the delivery of fund reporting Assist the Head of the business and General Manager in delivering key projects and shaping the strategic direction of the Managed Fund Services business Lead and provide training and guidance to employees Lead and/or have strong involvement in projects Drive the performance and continued development of employees Monitor allocation of work/client/funds among team Keep up to date with developments in the reporting standards and communicate where appropriate Oversee and coordinate the production and review of annual regulatory reporting Pro-actively contribute to the development a coordinated and integrated service approach across Managed Funds Services to better identify efficiencies and commercial opportunities to better service our clients. About you We’re looking for someone with: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or related areas are highly desirable Minimum 5 years’ operational, accounting or oversight experience working with Managed Funds, with working knowledge of Custody, Investment Administration, Registry, Audit, and Investment Operations activities Working experience with Fund Financial Statements and Audit highly beneficial. People management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a small team High attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders as part of a team. Previous experience presenting to Boards or Committees beneficial.
