About the Opportunity
The receptionist is responsible for a wide range of general administration reception duties in the headspace Esperance office.
Requirements of the Role:
* Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers.
* Provide administration support to the headspace Esperance team
* Provide assistance with events.
* Make client appointments with headspace staff and on-site consortium partners.
* Collect, record and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
* Receive, redirect, and respond to emails and phone calls.
* Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock.
* Prepare documents including filing-, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding.

* Minimum schooling: Year 10 certificate.
* Demonstrated strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
* Current knowledge of and commitment to Equal Opportunity in all aspects of employment and service delivery.
* Prior experience of working in a youth and or/mental health/ counselling service
* Prior experience working in an administrative role.
Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, and suitable referee.
