Seaford Library is a joint use facility with Seaford Secondary College.Reporting to the Team Leader Collection Management and Library Services, the successful candidate will take on a pivotal leadership role and have an opportunity to:Lead and manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers at Seaford Library.Collaborate closely with the Seaford Secondary College principal and staff to deliver services aligned with the joint-use agreement.Ensure that Onkaparinga Libraries comply with corporate WHS and Volunteering expectations.Implement the Libraries Strategic Plan and organisational strategic priorities.Manage the Seaford Library facility to meet the priorities of the City of Onkaparinga and Seaford Secondary College.About YouAs an experienced people leader, you will have a strong customer focus, demonstrating the ability to have a caring and sensitive approach to customer needs.
