About the Role:
To accommodate continued growth, we seek an experienced Client Services Manager to support our existing client services team and financial advisers.
This key role demands initiative, decision-making, and leadership skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing client needs at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing management of the client database using Xplan
* Preparation for client meetings, including correct documents
* Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs)
* Liaising with third-party providers
* Delivering a high-quality service to clients
We're looking for a candidate with:
* 2+ years of experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial planning firm
* A sound understanding of the financial planning process
* Experience using Xplan, workflows, and tasks
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
