We are Two Circles, the four-time Sports Agency of the Year; a sports marketing and data technology company.We work with over 900 sports properties, including the Premier League, NFL, F1, FIFA, World Rugby, IOC, Wimbledon, and Juventus.Working as an extension of their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans and design partnerships to drive business growth.Data is at the centre of our approach.It starts with helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers, and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making.From there, we develop and integrate data technology solutions that harness the latest in data visualisation and machine-learning, and provide digital marketing and rights-sales services that grow revenue across ticketing, premium, sponsorship, and media.Our creative approach and innovative ideas stand us out from the crowd.In doing so, we break down the traditional barriers between sporting organisations and their customers.We currently have a growing team of over 950 Two Circlers based across Europe, Australia, and North America.We are a Charterhouse Capital Partners business.RequirementsAs Two Circles continues to grow at pace, our Operations function must scale with it.We exist to support this rapid and sustained growth via innovative and effective operations infrastructure and processes.It is our responsibility to enable Two Circles to deliver high-quality delivery and service for our clients whilst also ensuring the careers of over 950 Two Circlers.Currently, Operations is a global team of 30 working across performance planning, resourcing, people, talent, marketing & comms, and strategy.We are looking to bring an Operations Manager onboard for our ANZ region to deliver and support operations processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHR/People operations: Benefits administrator for the ANZ team and point of contact for questions; help to develop and implement key company policies that guide managers and employees in decision-making.Support the Talent team in recruitment activities and onboarding.Performance management: Run performance review processes in ANZ; identify and carry out learning and development areas at all levels; support the resourcing process across ANZ projects.Office Environment: Ownership for the Melbourne office and ensuring the team are working in a high-performance environment.Strategy support: Supporting the senior leadership team with internal strategy materials generation and communication, and wider internal communication to the team.ANZ Events: Manage Operations Executive to facilitate success in office management, event coordination, logistics, and ad-hoc operations requests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
