The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and customer service-focused individual to provide support to our Sales representatives in their day-to-day duties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Confirming orders with customers
* Ordering stock from suppliers for customer orders
* Liaising with customers to arrange delivery of goods
* Tracking open orders by checking on stock levels, delivery dates, and payment
* Confirming order details with customers and sales representatives, including delivery address, site contact, products, and quantities
* Arranging returns of goods if needed
* Maintaining a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
* Maintaining professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
You will be required to follow security procedures and maintain accurate records.
The Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
