You will collaborate with key stakeholders to align creative direction with brand goals and as the brand guardian mentor the creative team and drive innovation while maintaining consistency across all touch points.With a strong understanding of retail and the consumer mind, you will be involved in designing packaging, retail installations, digital and print assets, art direction of photoshoots and leading the vision of new product launch campaigns.This full-time role reports into the Marketing Director and is based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work.ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Marketing Director to ensure all campaigns and design initiatives align with the brand strategy and marketing objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brief requirements, audience and marketing objectives.Lead creative direction for photoshoots including pre and post production.Ensure visual consistency across all brand touch points.Lead and mentor a high performing creative team.Stay up to date with creative trends and industry advancements to continuously elevate the brand’s creative output and design standards.What You Will BringWe’re looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker who will be our brand guardian and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs. You’ll collaborate with teams across Retail, Social, Digital, Ecommerce and New Product Development to bring our brand to life while staying ahead of trends in skincare, beauty, fashion, and culture.Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design, preferably beauty or fashion related industry.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and designs that drive engagement and conversion.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
