About The Role
Drive our mobile division’s success with full global P&L ownership—scaling compliance operations, negotiating telco vendor agreements, and optimizing mobile business performance. Collaborate with marketing and customer value teams to accelerate retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies, driving ARPU and maximizing customer lifetime value. Oversee carrier relationships, manage service delivery, and lead cross-functional operations to propel global market expansion.
About You
You are an accomplished operations leader with deep experience in MVNO, telco operations, and mobile business management. You thrive in high-growth environments, balancing strategic decision-making with tactical execution. You bring commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset, driving operational excellence and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead MVNO operations with full P&L accountability, ensuring business growth and profitability.
* Scale compliance processes and negotiate commercial terms with telco vendors.
* Partner with marketing to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies that boost ARPU.
* Manage carrier relationships, oversee service delivery, and optimize network operations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
* Drive operational efficiency and margin optimization through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience leading operations for an MVNO or telecom business.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning P&L outcomes.
* Experience negotiating telco vendor agreements and driving cost efficiencies.
* Deep understanding of mobile networks, service delivery, and carrier operations.
* Expertise in mobile compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements for scaling into new markets.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
* Experience driving ARPU growth through retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
* Knowledge of digital telco platforms and self-service technologies.
* Experience working within a startup or fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
