The Opportunity We're seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager – Events to drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Projects & Event Amplification, you will play an instrumental role in maximizing event profitability by identifying new revenue opportunities, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and optimizing ticket sales. This position requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to leverage market insights to develop innovative strategies that enhance both the event experience and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sponsorship, partnerships, and ticket sales for events Identify and execute new revenue opportunities across sponsorship, hospitality, merchandise, and premium experiences Create innovative ways to monetize events, enhance fan experiences, and establish long-term commercial partnerships Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships and partnerships to enhance event revenue Develop bespoke sponsorship packages tailored to partner objectives and audience engagement Ensure seamless sponsor activation and brand integration within events to deliver maximum value Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and reporting for all sponsorship agreements Develop and execute strategies to drive ticket sales and maximize event attendance Identify opportunities to enhance premium and hospitality offerings for fans and corporate partners Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to identify new revenue opportunities Analyze event performance data and market research to drive continuous commercial innovation About You Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field Proven experience in commercial management, sponsorship, or business development within the sports or entertainment industry Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to secure high-value sponsorships and partnerships Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing sponsorship agreements with corporate partners Strong understanding of ticketing and hospitality sales, with experience in maximizing fan engagement and premium experiences Commercially driven mindset with a track record of delivering financial growth in events Experience managing complex stakeholder networks and ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of contract structuring, activation strategies, and sponsorship reporting Understanding of sports and entertainment industry trends and best practices Why Join Us?
