We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Home and Community Care Team.
In this exciting role, you will use your product knowledge to deliver real results for clients in the community, while building meaningful relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.
The position strikes a balance with managing a referral caseload, as well as undertaking new business development opportunities.
Your ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on Assistive Technology to a wide range of clients in the communityConduct trials and demonstrations of our market-leading Home & Community Care equipmentWork closely with allied health professionals, offering solutions that support the health and independence of their clientsDeliver education sessions and in-services for referrers to showcase our product rangeBuild new business opportunities while managing a caseload of referralsAchieve and exceed sales targets and performance goalsAbout YouA background in aged care, disability, healthcare, or sales
Confidence in conducting product trials and speaking with clients, families, and health professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great time management and the ability to manage your own schedule
Motivation to hit KPIs and deliver outstanding service
Willingness to travel within the Wide Bay region
Ability to safely handle and transport equipment
