Your impact
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Surveyor to take on a valued role and be an integral part of our Data Capture team, delivering work primarily in Northern Territory but also supporting the broader Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business. We are a high functioning and collaborative team who are seeking someone with a can-do attitude.
The Jacobs ANZ Data Capture and Advisory business has access to the latest equipment, software, and processes, delivering professional surveying services, solutions and advice to our focus clients on major infrastructure projects within market sectors of Transport, Water, Power and Energy, and Built Environment. You will be joining an inclusive and collaborative team of highly motivated, engaged, industry leading survey professionals, and a multidisciplinary firm of professionals working across broad markets with a focus on digital. You will have the opportunity to work across markets and expand your career opportunities as you collaborate with a range of disciplines.
As a Engineering Surveyor you will support the Data Capture and Digital Solutions Business to develop industry-leading technical capabilities as part of engaged, resilient and adaptable teams. You will strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive project and client management, and supportive and encouraging technical development of staff.
Primary responsibilities include-
Leading or contributing to winning opportunities through client relationships and proposal writing, providing technical leadership and developing leading skills within the Jacobs survey teams, and leading or supporting the delivery of a wide range of survey projects, including working collaboratively with a range of disciplines and staff experience levels. You will provide technical and professional leadership, project management experience and business development support to our data capture teams across the Territory and Australia.

* Engineering Surveyor
* A relevant tertiary degree.
* Extensive experience in Engineering Survey both field and office related tasks and an interest in major infrastructure projects.
* Effective communication skills with the interest to develop client relationships.
* Works successfully as part of a team and can work autonomously.
* Capability to lead projects and take accountability for ongoing activities.
