We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a results driven sales management professional to support their team in their allocated region with delivering Brisbane Metro sales initiatives and strategies.

1. Achieving sales targets for the core Metricon Brands within the designated region;
2. Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support Metricon’s growth and leadership in the industry within its identified markets;
3. Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and contract signings;
4. Complete reporting as per business requirements;
5. Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff;
6. Report promptly on all competitor activity and implement appropriate actions to support sales strategies;
7. Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team.

The successful candidate will have:
16. Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate is desirable but not essential;
17. Significant experience in managing a full P&L;
18. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs;
19. A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
20. A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce;
21. Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets; and
22. An Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network.
