About the role
Applicants are being sought for a PADI Dive Instructor to our team based out of Port Douglas. The position is a permanent part time position and is available for an enthusiastic and friendly individual. Weekend work will apply.
Reporting to our Dive Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:
* Taking first time Divers for their first Dive on the Great Barrier Reef.
* Guide Certified Divers on one of the 40+ Dive sites available.
* Taking customer on their Ocean walker experience.
* Looking after the Snorkeler’s.
* Some customer service duties on board our vessels.

* PADI Dive Instructor
* Membership and Insurance
* Provide First Aid/ HLTAID009/011/015
* Occupational Dive Medical NZ/AU 2299
* RMDL- desirable
* Elements of Shipboard Safety-desirable
