The Role
As a Commercial HVAC Account Manager, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by promoting Polyaire’s core products: grilles, duct, fittings, and controls. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with builders, mechanical contractors, and consultants, and ensuring that Polyaire’s products are utilized in key commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across Polyaire’s core HVAC product range.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients.
Provide solution-based sales pitches tailored to the needs of customers.
Work closely with our commercial support teams, including Project Managers, Estimators, and Admin, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track ongoing construction projects and secure product specifications.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with experience in the HVAC or related industries. You should have a strong understanding of the commercial construction market and be able to demonstrate success in sales and business development.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven sales experience within the commercial HVAC or construction industry.
Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage, with a focus on ducting, grilles, and controls.
