The long-standing and dedicated team of educators and teachers pride themselves on having meaningful connections with families and strong ties to the community. The centre has a wonderfully large and well-shaded outdoor yard perfect for setting up engaging experiences and provocations. About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an educator with a Certificate III qualification to join our team in a full time capacity. We are looking for someone who is driven to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
