Contract AdministratorACR are recruiting for a CA on behalf of a respected Fitout & Refurbishment head contractor, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional commercial, healthcare and retail projects across NSW, QLD and VIC.If you have 3-5+ years of contract administration experience within the commercial D&C Fitout sector please apply below.We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, especially those looking to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment.About the RoleAs a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting project teams and ensuring the smooth execution of contracts for D&C fitout and refurbishment projects.Key Responsibilities Procurement Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of project procurement strategies, including subcontractor tenders.Contract Management: Assess variations, negotiate progress claims, and finalize accounts with subcontractors.Documentation Oversight: Prepare and review subcontractor packages, scopes of work, lettings, and procurement schedules.Claims Process: Manage client and subcontractor claims in line with contract requirements.Risk Management: Identify and address subcontractor contractual risks.Reporting: Compile monthly reports and assist the Project Manager with cost-related matters.Team Leadership: Provide guidance to junior Contract Administrators and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.What We're Looking ForOur client values dynamic and proactive professionals who bring expertise and passion to their work.
