As a Delivery Lead – TechnologyOne Property & Rating, you will be responsible for ensuring ongoing Project and Product Implementation excellence across Avec’s current and future TechnologyOne Property & Rating projects and engagements.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise of the TechnologyOne Property & Rating solution, in particular CiAnywhere, as well as exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of local government property and rating system requirements.
This role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery process for our TechnologyOne Property & Rating customers, from solution architecture, design and development through to post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget. You will also play a key role in mentoring and growing other members of the Avec consulting team to continue to develop skills and experience in TechnologyOne Property & Rating.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Solution Delivery Management
o Work with the General Manager and customers to design solutions and determine project requirements for the implementation of TechnologyOne Property & Rating.
o Lead the end-to-end delivery of TechnologyOne Property and Rating solutions ensuring all project milestones are met within scope, on time, and within budget.
o Act as a subject matter expert for the Property and Rating module within the TechnologyOne platform, providing advice on best practices, technical challenges, and solution optimisation.
o Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the solution is robust, secure, and scalable before final deployment.
o Ensure effective support and troubleshooting post-implementation, assisting clients with any issues related to the Property and Rating system.
o Work with business analysts or support business analysis activities relating to developing and implementing Property and Rating solutions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business users, and technical teams, to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
3. Project Quality & Excellence
o Ensuring projects are delivered in line with Avec’s Governance and Quality expectations and the customer’s expectations.
o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to the delivery of Property and Rating projects, ensuring that risks are communicated and addressed proactively.
o Delivery of Project Reporting across current projects and engagements.
o Act as an escalation point for key project decisions and issues.
4. Team Development
o Contribute to the development and growth of the TechnologyOne Property & Rating team to grow and acquire the required skills and experience to meet the needs of your customer’s projects.
5. Customer Success Management
o Relationship Management across key customers and projects.
o Maintaining and fostering strong relationships with Customers, Partners and Avec teams to ensure Project Success.
6. Product & Business Development
o Research, analyse and facilitate the growth of Avec Enterprise Applications & Transformations Practice through identifying and implementing new Products and Capability.
o Work with the Avec Sales Team to progress business development opportunities in your practice.
7. Project Delivery
o Advisory, Solution Architecture, Consulting Delivery and / or Program and Project Management across key Programs and Projects. (75% Utilisation)
Qualifications:
* Excellent relationship management skills to build, maintain and foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Functional and Technical knowledge of TechnologyOne Property and Rating, and proven experience in delivering P&R solutions to customers, ideally with experience in CiAnywhere compliance, to help our customers achieve their strategic outcomes.
* Strong understanding of local government processes, regulations, and challenges related to property and rating systems.
* Team development skills and experience.
* An appetite for continuous product and service offering development, including developing and maintaining relationships with product and services providers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
