Due to internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Contracts Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic award-winning sales team on a full-time basis.

This role is required to work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday start at 8:15 am, and every 3rd Saturday from 9:00 am to 12 noon at our Traralgon Office.
Ideally, you will be an experienced administrator superstar who values clients and excels in nurturing relationships. We are seeking someone enthusiastic, mature, and eager to take charge of the day-to-day administrative and marketing needs of the sales team and oversee the running of reception duties.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Property / Real Estate Sales and Contracts Administration Managing the sales trust account Process Listing Authorities and manage listing files Manage and track vendor paid advertising Monitoring receivables Manage Sales contracts from signing to settlement Weekly and on-demand reporting to management on progress of sales and settlements in each property Updating in-house database throughout the sales process Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, solicitors, and key external stakeholders Contract and document preparation and review Administrative duties including archiving Provide support to the sales team when required Oversee and back up support for reception staff You will be self-motivated, have a mature approach with impeccable personal presentation, enjoy fun and laughter, and have a keen eye for detail.
Other essential skills and attributes include: A Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtain Preference given to those with strong Administrative & customer service experience Current Police Check Must have strong computer skills and experience working in a professional environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Confident telephone manner Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service Excellent time management, organizing, and prioritizing skills Enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere Ability to follow set systems and procedures and provide feedback Must be able to work under pressure Be responsive to assigned tasks This role is exposed to client and company sensitive information; candidate will need to be confidential in their manner and dealings.
