We are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara, with over 20 years of experience in the region.We have depots in Hazelmere, Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman and Bunbury and offer a huge range of fleet solutions to our valued clients, ranging from Trucks, 4WDs, buses, coaches and cranes.We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to manage the selling and purchasing of all our fleet, as well as oversee many other aspects of our fleet.You will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and suppliers and developing a solid sales pipeline for well-maintained, high-demand fleet.To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, have excellent social skills, and be able to offer unrivalled customer service to ensure highly valued return business.Responsibilities:Meeting with commercial and individual buyersCreating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets for opportunitiesProactively identify, pursue and acquire new business and increase fleet salesMeet and aim to exceed business KPI's and sales targetsEstablish sales objectives through forecasting and maintain quarterly and annual sales quotasProvide feedback to management on customer proposals, sales data, forecasts and profitabilityAssist Fleet Manager with all aspects of maintenance and warrantyWork with Sales team to keep utilisation at its maximumMaintain our Dealers licence and all legal requirementsRequirements:3+ years professional experience in sales, marketing in Car, Truck, Bus or CranesDemonstrated track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to closeExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network and build solid working relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a cohesive teamSolid negotiation and influencing capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointManual C Class Driver's Licence#J-18808-Ljbffr
