We are seeking a dedicated, full-time professional to join KMFS Finance in Mount Waverley. In this permanent role, you will work closely with an experienced mortgage broker, ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless follow-up on client inquiries. This role requires a keen eye for detail, prompt execution, and polished client interactions. Strong prioritisation and time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
The Role:
In this role, you will work closely with an experienced mortgage broker to ensure top-tier customer service and seamless follow-up on client inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure smooth communication.
2. Guide clients through the loan application process, managing documents and applications from broker handover to loan approval and post-settlement.
3. Understand lender policies for selected products and provide relevant guidance.
4. Perform data entry into CRM systems and use various software applications to support brokers.
5. Assist with tasks like discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing to keep processes running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in an administrative, broker assistant, banking, or finance role.
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. A strong client focus, positive attitude, and curiosity to understand the “why” behind daily operations in the broking industry.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set realistic client expectations.
5. A data-driven mindset, capable of gathering and processing client information accurately.
6. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications (experience with AoL and MyCRM is a plus).
