Oversee your allocated property portfolio, ensuring all assets are effectively managed and aligned with business objectives.Lead and execute property management projects that drive value and enhance asset performance, delivering positive outcomes for tenants and stakeholders.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams, to support the growth of the property profile.Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement tailored Property Management and Facilities Management strategies that optimize asset performance.Manage tenant financial obligations, oversee lease renewal processes, and handle annual outgoing reconciliations and budget planning.Organize and conduct routine property inspections, ensuring compliance and prompt resolution of any issues.Oversee all aspects of lease administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease terms.Provide property-related assistance and expert advice to internal clients as required.Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to manage maintenance and repairs, enhancing the quality and value of our assets.Update and maintain the property management database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Develop and maintain comprehensive property documentation for efficient reference and compliance.You will work closely with the broader property team and report directly to the General Manager of Peregrine Property.What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? We are seeking a candidate who possesses:A minimum of 10 years of experience in the property industry, with qualifications or specialist knowledge in property management or facilities management highly regarded.Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.Superior organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to effectively handle a varied workload.Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated track record in problem-solving and decision-making.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience managing databases and property documentation.Knowledge of Microsoft BC and Yardi software is highly advantageous.What's In It for You?
