About the Role
As the HR Business Partner and sole HR practitioner, you will partner closely with the leadership team and engage with the broader business to understand the overarching strategy, organisational needs and objectives to deliver and implement HR strategies to support the ongoing growth of Accept Care, excellence of service provision and deepen staff engagement.
Duties
1. Recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee engagement
2. HR compliance file, system management and oversight
3. WHS, RTW, ER and IR advice and support, supplemented by an external provider
4. Advise, support and train in people management and other HR matters
5. Write, review and implement HR related policy and process
6. Research, recommend and support the implementation of an HRIS
Skills & Experience
1. Recent similar experience in a broad generalist and stand-alone role
2. Skilled in project and change management (implementation experience is highly desired)
3. Qualifications in a relevant field are highly desirable
4. Evidence of ongoing professional development will be looked upon favourably
5. Ability to gain and hold DHS NDIS worker check, WWCC, NPC and RTW coordination certification
