Currently seeking for multiple Planners - Disability / Government to join their busy team for a casual 12-months temporary assignment.
About the Role As a Planner - Disability / Government, you will support the planning network through the delivery of core initiatives and projects to enhance capacity and capability to engage meaningfully with participants.
In addition, your key duties are as follows: Gather information from participants and planning partners over the phone or in person, to enable high-quality planning and evidence-based decision-making.
Use a range of policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions in relation to participant plans to complement informal, community and mainstream supports.
Work closely with participants and their representatives to identify current and future supports, and informal, mainstream and community support options to achieve plan outcomes.
Liaise with key stakeholders including Partners in the Community to deliver services to participants.
Resolve issues and complaints in relation to participant plans.
Complete administrative and data entry tasks relating to participants.
Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
About You To be successful in this role, you must have: Previous experience in a Planner, Support Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, Disability Employment Consultant, or similar roles Background in disability or public sector is highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in using MS Office products Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines Benefits ASAP Start Date pending clearance Casual 12-months Temporary Assignment Full-time hours, Monday to Friday $43.82 per hour + super Multiple locations available: Canberra, ACT Brisbane, QLD Melbourne, VIC *** Please note the successful candidate for the role must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete federal police check ** If you feel you are a suitable candidate submit your application by hitting "Apply for this job".
