Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' goals and capabilities. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address functional limitations and enhance independence. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes. Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on strategies for maximising independence and safety. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current general registration with AHPRA Previous experience in aged care or geriatric rehabilitation settings is highly desirable. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
