About the Opportunity
Providing streamlined and efficient administrative functions within the Outreach Health Services Program (OHSP), encompassing service coordination, records management, reporting, and the provision of excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth processes across various projects, including logistics coordination and stakeholder engagement. As priorities within the Outreach program shift, the Senior Administration Officer will also engage in process reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery.
If you have the following skills and experience, we'd love to chat:
Knowledge or training equivalent to a certificate III/IV in administration or business and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Advanced Microsoft Office skills gained through an accredited training company. Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a health or outreach services environment.
