Property Supply Chain Assurance Manager

The purpose of the role is to ensure the continued overall quality and efficiency of services offered to Allianz' customers by Property service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers in the repairer network.
* Regularly assess the performance of service providers, including repair quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
* Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with service providers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
About You:
* Previous experience managing insurance claims that involve increased technical or customer complexity (5 years).
* Proven digital and/or on ground property claims assessing experience.
* Strong understanding of Property repair processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
