Job Description Key accountabilities include: Providing expert advice and contributing to the IT strategic direction Developing and executing long-term infrastructure strategies Managing Service Desk activities and managing hardware and software assets Managing the organisation's server and network infrastructure Providing high-quality end user experience through effective SOE Ensuring the continued availability of IT services Assuming full accountability for IT security posture Leading the design and execution of IT operational policies and frameworks Establishing strategic vendor partnerships You will have x2 direct reports in this role.
