Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Geelong, VIC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis, as well as assisting with dispatch and order processing. Well established in the medical device industry, VorOtek has seen significant growth in recent years and is looking for another full time dynamic person to join our team.
