Sales Activities and Customer Service
* Provide product specifications, demonstrations, and after-sales service, including updates and complaint assistance.
* Record customer interactions and quotations in Salesforce to track sales performance.
Site Visits and Field Trials
* Conduct regular site visits and field trial material testing to ensure product quality.
Reporting and Compliance
* Report changes to product/project forecasts, monthly expenses, and End of Month Reports to the Target Market Manager.
* Comply with sales, pricing, and expense policies to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of success.
* Strong analytical, organizational, energetic, and resilient skills to drive sales efforts.
* Excellent customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously as a competent team player with a strong aptitude for marketing and sales.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
