Salary Package: $85,010 - $131,227 per annum plus 17% superannuation
The ANU Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics is introducing an opportunity for a Postdoctoral / Research Fellow to undertake work on an ARC Discovery Project in observational cosmology. The successful candidate will be based at the Mount Stromlo Observatory and will use 4MOST Hemisphere Survey observations to measure galaxy distances and velocities.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or awarding of a PhD within six months of appointment) in astronomy, with a strong track record of research in astrophysical simulations and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff and students in a cross-disciplinary academic environment.
