If you share the mission and values of True, consider whether this role is for you!About the roleThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions to ensure the business support operations run smoothly, with a focus on compliance, assurance, and proactive support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include contract management, maintaining program documentation, ensuring data integrity, and managing meetings and appointments for the Manager. The role ensures that program administration, information management, and reporting processes are carried out efficiently, contributing to the successful achievement of program outcomes.In addition to providing operational support, the Coordinator serves as the local contact for statewide corporate services across areas such as finance, contract management, human resources, workplace health and safety, facilities, marketing, and ICT. Responsibilities include entering and analysing data, reporting on client services, assisting with budget management, and ensuring the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
