Events and Administration Coordinator
Location: Clayton campus
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Fixed-term appointment until December 2025
Remuneration: $93,496 - $100,918 per annum HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

We are looking for an Events and Administration Coordinator who will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted and engaging events as well as delivering efficient and timely administration support to the Senior Operations Coordinator and Manager.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate a range of events and engagement projects within strict timelines to exacting standards within Monash Innovation Labs
* Deliver a range of complex administrative processes including producing reports and marketing materials, facilitating communication and workflow, operational support
* Actively participate in, develop and implement continuous improvement activities
* Build and sustain effective working relationships
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in event coordination including the successful delivery and support of multiple well-executed events
* Experience providing excellent administrative support services in a busy and complex environment
* Strong administrative skills, including demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail, ability to draft and prepare a range of documentation and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
* Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office and the Google Suite
