We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue, commercial strategy, brand and execution of the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role, you have an entrepreneurial approach.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership and follow the planned strategies and objectives.

As a Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for :
* Working closely with the General Manager and Leadership Team to develop and drive successful commercial initiatives and Loyalty campaigns to successfully achieve Hotel goals, budget and KPI’s.
* Driving and managing revenue initiatives across all market segments, ensuring high conversion rates.
* Inspiring and empowering our teams to create epic guest experiences.
* Proactively leading Loyalty recruitment throughout the Hotel.
* Setting and reviewing sales strategies for new and ongoing business development to meet and exceed budget.
* Leading the Hotel’s sales team, including conferencing and events to drive performance and innovation.
* Providing day-to-day leadership to the sales team and continuing to build & maintain strategic relationships in the market for Accor and existing partners.
* Developing new business.
* Working closely with Food & Beverage Management to proactively promote outlets, drive revenue and social media presence.
* Working with all departments to ensure marketing is inspirational and timely to promote the Hotel to the best effect.
* Developing and monitoring marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
* Executing high-level reporting and detailed business analysis regularly for owners and our Regional team.
* Creating innovative solutions to adapt as required through this dynamic market.
* Attending industry events for the purpose of networking, maintaining and continuing to build business relationships and gaining new sales leads.
* Staying on top of industry best practices and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
