The Opportunity Our widely acknowledged, first class Global Loans team is a core practice area of the firm, originating significant deal mandates in its own right and managing many of the firms most significant client relationships.
We specialise in "high end" larger cap and complex finance transactions and have extensive knowledge of securitisation, project finance, corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, asset finance and leasing, capital markets and real estate finance.
We are on the panels of all four major Australian banks, and most foreign and investment banks operating in Australia.
We are also on the global panels of many financial institutions.

Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
