Based in Melbourne's South East suburbs, this company offers an opportunity to join a stable team with repeat clients, strong subcontractor relationships, systems and procedures.
The Role:
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for delivering the project to the required standard of time, budget, safety, employee relations, quality, meeting the needs of both the client and company.
Requirements:
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with at least 10 years' industry experience, who have delivered a minimum of 3 projects from start to finish for a head contractor.
Experience delivering education projects and exposure to VSBA processes would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will have delivered commercial projects in excess of $20M and be commutable to Bayside.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of projects to the required standard of time, budget, safety, employee relations, quality, meeting the needs of both the client and company.
2. Leadership of project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
