Position Overview:
As a Carpenter with BEGA Construction Group, you will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry tasks, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and in line with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, work well in a team, and demonstrate reliability in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
· Perform carpentry tasks as required for residential and commercial construction projects.
· Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
· Ensure high-quality workmanship on all tasks, meeting safety and building standards.
· Work collaboratively with other trades and team members on-site.
· Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe, working order.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum of 3 years preferred).
· Relevant carpentry qualifications.
· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
