Our cost-effective and efficient solutions are underpinned by seasoned project management and industry knowledge.Job Description:Multhana is looking for a part-time finance and administration officer for a minimum of 20 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours to provide coverage for leave.This role will provide support to the accountant to make informed decisions and continually improve business performance aligned to the company’s strategic direction. This includes assisting in day-to-day management of the Finance, Fleet & Administration functions, timely monthly management reporting, assistance with payroll, budget formulation, and ownership of a broad range of accounting processes. High attention to detail and a data integrity focus is a must.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable and Payable:Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Follow up on outstanding debtors.Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Payroll:Oversee the importing of time sheets into payroll system from scheduling system.Administration:Provide general administrative support.Maintain confidential files and records in accordance with company policies.Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders.Fleet:Organise Bunnings, fuel, and Motorpass accounts for new employees.Ensure each driver has signed company motor vehicle policy.Maintain the company vehicle register, including but not limited to:MotorpassLinkt tagDriver of vehicleCurrent driver’s licence and expiry dateRegistration is current and up to dateVehicles are serviced regularly and on timeVehicle insurance details are up to dateGPS tracking units installed and workingQualifications & Skills:Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
