Combined Freight Inverell is a family owned and local business.
We are looking to appoint an administration officer, with the ability to be a proactive team player, take direction as well as the ability to work autonomously, excellent time management & effective communication skills.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
1. Connotes
2. Invoicing
3. Preparation of payroll
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
5. Bank Reconciliations
6. Monthly Financial Reporting
7. General Administration Support
8. Phone calls and general enquiries
The applicant must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a team and be proficient in using Microsoft applications as well as possessing excellent computer skills.
Training for the right candidate will be provided; however, experience in parcel and general freight will be viewed favourably. Opportunities for further study are also an option. This is a part-time role, with flexible hours for the right candidate. Potential for full-time work is available.
