We are all about impeccable service, attention to detail, and effortless execution.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the team to deliver seamless, upscale guest experiences across all event-related services.Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures.Organise and manage a variety of internal hotel events, ensuring flawless execution.Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, including audiovisual teams, florists, and decorators, to uphold the highest standards of service quality.Ensure all event spaces and equipment meet hygiene, safety, and maintenance requirements.Maintain comprehensive records of feedback, breakages, and suggestions to enhance inventory management and event processes.Keep the team informed on hotel services, promotions, and upcoming events to provide accurate guest information.Assist the Event Operations Manager in all aspects of event coordination, execution, and maintaining budgets and cost controls.Talent ProfileDiploma/ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in beverage service/events management is of advantage.A passion for service excellence and a proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.A background in event management or operations, ideally within the luxury hotel or hospitality sector.A hands-on approach, with a focus on guest satisfaction and the smooth running of all event operations.Working alcohol service knowledge (i.e.
wine service).Knowledge / Certification in HACCP is of advantage.Good command of written and spoken English.Competent computing skills (e.g.
