We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to deliver high-quality clinical services to patients, ensuring excellence in both individual care and multidisciplinary team collaboration. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, guiding and supporting a team of healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping a compassionate, patient-centred approach to mental health care while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical governance.
Beyond direct patient care, you will play an active role in mentoring and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals, including medical students, trainee medical officers, nurses, and allied health staff. Your contributions will extend to clinical audits, research initiatives, and ongoing professional development, ensuring continuous improvement in mental health services. About You
We are looking for a passionate and skilled mental health professional who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* Qualifications & Experience – MBBS or equivalent, AHPRA registration, and over 5 years of experience in mental health care.
* Clinical & Leadership Skills – Ability to work independently, supervise staff, and provide expert care in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Communication & Teamwork – Strong interpersonal skills, report-writing ability, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
* Knowledge & Innovation – Up-to-date understanding of mental health management, quality improvement, and research principles.
