We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional and vibrant conference & events team, working behind the bar or doing table service, who deliver a high standard of customer service to guests with a friendly, positive 'can do' attitude and a helpful approach.

You will be flexible, showcasing your broad customer service skill set, working behind the bar, waiting tables, pouring drinks or making coffees.
Your key responsibilities for the role include:Greet & interact with guestsTake orders and provide table serviceBar set up, service & pack downBeverage service - wine, beer & spirit knowledge & serviceBarista coffee makingSet and clear tablesMenu knowledge & explanationPOS and cash handlingWhat you'll need to be successfulAvailability to work 3+ shifts per week, between 5am - midnight / 2am, on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends & public holidaysPrevious conference and events food & beverage experience in a hotel / resort environmentRSA Certificate, essentialBar & beverage knowledge & experience - beer pouring, wine & mixing drinksBarista coffee making skills & experienceTable service order taking, waitering skills in a la carte, alternate drop, set menu, buffet etc.Ability to carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks for table serviceStrong verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with guests well and to clearly explain food & beverage menusPOS experienceWork well in a team environment & can follow directionPassion for the hospitality industry & a desire to deliver 5 star customer serviceExcellent personal presentationWe are OfferingCompetitive hourly rate + penalties evenings, weekends & public holidaysGenerous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & resortsEmployee of the month awards & recognitionUniformParking onsiteThe RACV differenceBe part of a team who cares.
