Roles and Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10 to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, focusing on continuous improvement and performance growth.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Drive sales performance through effective coaching and ensuring the team meets or exceeds store targets.
Maintain a customer-first approach by delivering excellent service, ensuring customer needs are met, and maintaining the brand's reputation.
Ideal Candidate We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager with: Previous retail management experience, either as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a smaller retail environment.
Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to team coaching and development.
Excellent stock and operational management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
A results-driven mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills, able to provide feedback and guidance to your team.
