ICN Victoria is an independent organisation supported by the Victorian Government, working for local industry since 1984. We were founded on the principle that local businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, should be given full and fair opportunities to compete for work on major projects. The Role • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team Lead and ICN Policy Implementation Team Lead • Develop a deep understanding of the State Government’s Local Jobs First Policy (LJF), associated documentation, systems and processes, and assist Government agencies and industry to understand the LJF policy and its requirements • Support end to end delivery of the LJF policy to State Government projects and procurements • Administer the flow of information through VMC and associated databases in a timely manner • Provide support and answer phone and email queries from Government agencies and departments on ICN Victoria’s VMC portal processes (i.e., tender management, registration, and Local Industry Development Plan responses) • Delivering learning resources via ICN’s live webinars for the Customer Services Team • Supporting the development and updating of learning resources for Government Agency Users on ICN Victoria’s VMC portal. • Actively collaborate with the Policy Implementation Team to execute outcomes, deadlines, and deliverables • Complete additional duties as directed by the Manager, Team Lead or ICN Management (with the Manager’s clearance).
