My client in a Global ASX listed business, currently expanding their analytics team with this newly created opportunity for a Manager, Customer Analytics and Insights. This is an individual contributor role where you will have accountability for the design and delivery of reporting, analytics, modelling and insight solutions. This will support and enhance the end to end customer experience to drive commercial and customer outcomes. The Role Developing advanced analytics frameworks including reporting, insights and modelling solutions to drive an enhanced customer experience to uplift commercial and customer outcomes Drive date led decisioning Customer journey and behavioral analysis to identify opportunities and actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of customer interactions Lead the design, development and reporting of new metrics for key customer and business initiatives Consulting and presenting to the executive leadership team on recommendations Skills and Experience Proven experience spanning a minimum of 5 years within Customer Analytics Experience of customer journey analysis and customer experience highly advantageous.
