Configure and Support all End User Devices which includes OS settings, system drivers, encryption, authentication, VPN and other Access Management software is configured in accordance with Client Policies, Standards, and Guidelines. Perform imaging of laptops using the latest Image version which includes image testing and management. Configure and Support conference Devices that reside in conference rooms at Client Locations and provide Support to End Users during team meetings. Support all peripherals connected to End User Devices (printers, scanners etc.) App inventory consists of many different legacy applications that will require interaction with the local support team (steps required for install: ODBC settings, batch files, permission settings, etc) Coordinating with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same Provide support for backup and restoration of EUC Devices and data including providing automate scheduling and unattended operation of these activities. · Monitoring Software including malware, anti-virus prevention and management Software; and complete end-point-protection Software suites Monitoring and detection of compromised EUC Devices which are not reporting to intune and co-ordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to fix this. Support onboarding of new employees by setting up laptop, desktop for the new employee. Support executives and VIP user and their executive assistants Capability on following tools would be preferred: Autopilot, Windows 10 Pro/11 with Zscaler, Intune, Crowdstrike, Ivanti, CheckPoint VPN and Office 365 Datacenter Support: Racking and stacking of networks switch and servers, if required. Decommissioning activities which include logical and physical shutdown of devices Structured cabling and patching of devices in office/DC’s. Coordinate with Infrastructure teams to ensure devices are properly connected and configured properly. Oversee recycling of out of support devices from respective offices and ensure disposal certificates are arranged from 3rd party and handed over to client.
