The Role
The purpose of this role is to achieve profit, sales, inventory, debtors and market share objectives for the branch. You will have a focus on both the front and back end activities of the branch which include our sales, warehousing and transport activities. This role has a heavy sales focus and as such, we require the position to be filled by a Sales and Operations leader with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee Branch Operations, and co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of the Branch
2. Execute Sales initiatives through your sales and customer service teams
3. Manage Branch cash flow and Branch expenditure
4. Implement staff evaluation, recruitment and training as required
5. Promote the Company and its product range to the present customer base and to potential new customers
6. Implement HACCP, quality and food safety requirements
7. Implement Occupational Health and Safety and workers compensation requirements in respect to injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation
